Description
*PLEASE NOTE: No refund or credit is available for Measure Q Classes.Description: Music & Motion is a low-impact exercise program conducted while seated. Even while seated, this class involves full body movement! Dances are choreographed to a wide variety of music genres. Participants will perform mental and physical coordination to various songs that they can even sing along to. Entertainment is built into the program while still developing memory muscles for adults & seniors in need.
