A vision board is a collection of images and words that inspire and motivate you to reach your goals. They represent the changes you'd like to see in your life. Maybe you want to eat healthier meals, get back to the gym or just spend more quality time with family and friends.
What are your aspirations, dreams, and goals in the season to come? These simple projects serve as a powerful tool to reinforce your goals and put things into perspective.
This class is a motivational and inspirational - gets your mind out of the act of procrastination and provides a tangible method to engage with your future plans, no matter what they may be. You decide! And, it's a lot of fun to hunt for images and words that catch your attention, as you flip through magazines and other artwork - provided for you and this class.
For this exercise, the instructor uses the focus would what she calls a SMART goal setting strategy - which stands for: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time sensitive. When using the SMART goals she also teaches how to make the vision board interactive, so you can track all those things.
This program is suitable for all ages 14 - adults. Tag your high-schooler!
