This class will go over the basics of cake decorating, from icing to borders to roses.
All supplies for the first class are included (icing, decorating bag, tips, and practice sheets) .
First class will go over techniques and practicing - we'll cover different border types including seashell, rosettes, stars, and more. You'll also learn the technique to make a rose.
The second class will be spent icing and decorating a cake.
Participants will need to bring a cake, icing, tips, and bags, for second class. All Supplies needed will be discussed at first class.
Bring an apron to both classes.
