To experience the warm sun drenched climate of the North African Coast To marvel in the wonders of the excellent cuisine the Mediterranean has to offer. If the sun may not be shining here, it will be in this class. Recipes selected from Spain to Greece. What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques.
