Description
Registration is required to receive Zoom links for virtual class instruction. Please sign into the chat each time you attend. If you are attending in-person please scan your membership when you arrive.
Zumba® Gold Chair is a gentle workout that feels like a party! Classes combine Latin and international music with dance moves while being supported in your chair. Zumba® Gold Chair is a lower intensity program. Great for beginners, seniors, and everyone in between.
Group Exercise classes can only be attended by membership or drop-in. Go to the C3 Group Exercise Page or call 541-766-6959 for more details on payment options.You will need the free Zoom app to attend virtually. You will receive an email with your Zoom meeting link the morning of class. Please make sure your current email address is updated in our system when you register.
Emails with class links are sent prior to class. If you have registered the morning of class after 8 am, please call 541-766-6959 for your link.
