Description
Gentle yoga provides a safe and supportive atmosphere for everyone. Poses are held longer to release tension and increase flexibility. The focus is on restoring an overall sense of equanimity to the body, mind and spirit. Classes will include breathwork, poses and relaxation. Ages 14+.
