We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, April 9, 2022.
This class begins with a warm-up. We will learn the approaches to engaging with the chair as well as using it to stabilize fun movements and body shapes for the stage. There will be some conditioning to build strength for mastering the movements. All levels are welcome! We will play with combining movements for exciting short combos and have plenty of opportunities to practice for muscle memory! Bring a water bottle and wear smooth leggings or yoga pants as the Majestic chairs are upholstered.
