Basic foundational yoga moves designed to help align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body like Yoga Flow, Vinyasa, or some of the more advance like Power Yoga. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. No online registration. Included with a MeckPass or daily pass is required.
