You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being. Using a mat on the floor, the goal is to create a strong core with a specific series of exercises done in a sequence. Come join in on this sculpting class! No online registration. Included with a MeckPass or daily pass is required.
