Description
Relax, unwind, and move your body with an all levels yoga class held in S.T. Morrison Park. This class is hosted by Graceful Mind & Body. Grace will guide you through a gentle flow, a few balancing postures, and allow plenty of time for meditation while listening to the sounds of nature. Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and sunscreen. See you on your mat!
If there is inclement weather, class will be held inside the Mini Gym at the Coralville Recreation Center.
