Description
Keep fit during the summer! Work on the fundamentals of ballet, including barre work and centering exercises. Classes will include a stretch and strengthen component to combine muscular toning with endurance training. Develop confidence, mental concentration, coordination and grace while having fun and toning your body. Suitable for those with less than 3 years of experience.
