Description
Explore the techniques, discover self-confidence and learn how to move in a heel. Movement will be explained thoroughly so you can have fun and feel empowered! Heels are optional, however, stiletto heels are not allowed. Whatever footwear you choose, please ensure they are indoor shoes. Dancers are encouraged to dress in what makes them feel confident and powerful.
