Description
Silver Flex is a specialized workout for those 50 years and older. While the overall focus is on strength training it also emphasizes functional movements and fall prevention exercises promoting overall mobility and well-being. It will enhance fitness endurance, build strength, mobility, and cultivate a healthier, more active lifestyle tailored to the unique needs of mature participants.
