Yoga classes for adults and kids (simultaneously) Sound bowls Crafts and games for children Adult activities (journal making, mala bracelets, chair massage) Snacks and water Prizes This is the kickoff for the April yoga series for the following 3 Saturday mornings at 9 am which will be a kids class and adult beginner class at the same time. Adults may attend kids class with their child or adult class.
Children who are younger then 2 years old may attend free of charge for this event.
