In partnership with Care and Share Food Bank this free program will have the team at Care and Share bring hands-on cooking and nutrition classes right to your neighborhood. Cooking Matters will teach your family to shop for and cook healthy meals on a limited budget! Participants will even get to taste test nutritious recipes!This family program is for adults with their children (1 adult for every two kids) 6 and older to share an experience in the kitchen. All supplies provided.
