Description
We are excited to have you join us for Saleabration 2024! Stated in this agreement are our policies and etiquette which have been established to ensure an enjoyable Saleabration experience. We ask that all vendors respect and follow all the policies that we have in place.
Vendors will pay a $20.00 participation fee for a 20’ x 20’ area (includes space for a vehicle). Participation fees can be paid online with a credit card. If you prefer to pay with check or cash, you may do so in person at the Westside Community Center located at 1628 West Bijou St. from 9 AM – 3 PM Monday and Friday, and 9 AM – 7 PM Tuesday through Thursday.
Sale Policies and Etiquette
- $20.00 participation fee for a 20’ x 20’ area (includes space for a vehicle).
- Payment is non-refundable.
- Event is rain or shine.
- Set-up is 7:00 - 7:45 AM, Saturday, June 15. All vendors are expected to stay until the end of the event at 2:00 PM.
- Vendors must be self-sufficient and supply all materials to operate their individual yard sale transactions such as cash to make change, tables, chairs, pop-up/shade tent, sunscreen, etc.
- Yard sales are conducted by an individual or family on the WCC campus.
- Vendor spaces are not for any home-based sale activity conducted on an ongoing basis.
- A city sales tax license is required if you expect to make over $300.00.
- The sale of weapons, alcohol, drugs, and drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited.
- You may not leave behind any unsold items or use the campus dumpster to deposit unsold items.
- No consumption of alcohol onsite.
- A cheerful attitude is appreciated! Let’s have fun!
