Light weight training is an important part of a healthy life style for people of all ages, but it is especially beneficial for people 50 and over. As we age, we lose muscle mass and bone density, which can lead to a decline in balance, mobility, and coordination. Sara is a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience focusing on core strength and injury prevention. Understanding your needs will help to customize her instruction and ensure you benefit from every class. Please bring your own dumbbells and an exercise mat.
