Description
You will develop strength and endurance as well as improve balance, flexibility, and core strength through using your own bodyweight on the straps and using other equipment off the straps ie: disc, kettle bell, bands, etc… Class will be taught as partners switching back and forth from TRX to traditional boot camp style exercises. (Intermediate to Advanced)
