A 6-week basic group exercise program designed to help individuals with arthritis, related rheumatic disease, or musculoskeletal conditions improve their lifestyle in a welcoming, educational, supportive environment.All exercises can be performed either seated or standing. Minimal equipment, if used will be provided.Location
