Description
A movement class for exploring new ways of opening and moving the body designed to help individuals open up the body in new ways. We will utilize various rhythms from around the world as a means of experimenting with wind, sound, movement and breath. The class will be broken down into six weeks covering the following: The Opening, The Breath, Stillness in Space, Curves & Lines, Tempo, Listen & Respond. Each class is an hour in length and will begin with a full body warm-up and conclude with a cool down. Please bring a towel and water.Activity Secondary Category
