This activity is closed to further registration.
Stay cool while running and jumping in the gym with jump ropes, hula hoops, and other items for an hour then to follow up with a dousing good time in the pool for an hour. Bring your swimsuit and a towel to change into after your gym time. Non-confident swimmers need a life jacket to swim. Water toys and goggles are encouraged.Age Category
