About this event
The Mature H.O.T Women program is designed for women who are Health-Conscious, Optimistic, and Triumphant. The program provides one technique class to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and nourish the spirit through a synergy of modern, ballet, and/or African dance techniques taught by a member of Deeply Rooted’s Artistic Team. This program is designed for dancers ages 25 and up. Single session classes are on Tuesdays throughout the Annual Program Year from 7:00-9:00 PM and cost $25 per class. Fall Session: September 24, 2023-November 21, 2024 Winter Session: January 9, 2023-February 27, 2024 Spring Session: March 5, 2024-April 30, 2024 ~NO CLASS: SPRING BREAK March 25-29th 2024~
