The Mature H.O.T Women program is designed for women who are Health-conscious, Optimistic, and Triumphant. The Men Moving program focuses on men who are seeking a healthy, generative, and supportive movement environment. Both programs provide technical training and repertory workshops to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and nourish the spirit through a synergy of modern and African dance techniques. This program is intergenerational. Mature Hot Woman and Men Moving Schedule: One of the key changes we are introducing is the rotation of classes twice a month. This means that, every two weeks, you will have the opportunity to explore a new dimension of your artistry.
