Description
Norfolk's 48th Annual Harborfest is the largest, longest-running Maritime Festival in the Nation. Celebrating nautical history through a host of events, Harborfest begins with the incredible Parade of Sails. An assortment of visiting Tall Ships, military vessels, tugboats and skipjacks join a regatta of private yachts sailing down the Elizabeth River into downtown Norfolk. Having the best view of the parade means you are in the Parade of Sails, aboard the Spirit of Norfolk. The two-hour, narrated cruise also includes lunch. Once returning to shore, enjoy free time at the festival and, if available, tour some of the featured ships that are already docked.

TIME CHANGE:
Pick up: Chester Presbyterian Church, 7:30 a.m.; Return 7 p.m.
Pick up: Chippenham Hospital, 8 a.m.; Return 6:30 p.m.
MEDICAL/ASSUMPTION OF RISK FORM: All participants will be required to sign a Medical Release/Assumption of Risk form in order to participate which will be mailed prior to the trip.
NEED A LITTLE EXTRA HELP: If you plan to travel but have a special need, such as motion sickness, are a little slow in walking or have special diet requests, give us a call and we can discuss your needs. Call 804-751-4135 at least three weeks prior to the trip and/or submit the information during registration.
TIME CHANGE: Pick up and drop off at either Chester Presbyterian Church (7:30am - 7pm) or Chippenham Hospital (8am - 6:30pm)
