Description
If you are currently working or would like to work in the food industry, this course is for you. You will learn the causes and types of food borne illness focusing on the practices designed to enhance food safety. The topics of safe food preparation, storage and personal hygiene are covered. This one-evening course is conducted by McMullin Food Safety and will provide you with the Nationally recognized certification now mandatory for all food service workers directly handling food.
