About this event

As you create color resource charts and complete a series of monotype assignments, you will gain knowledge of color mixing techniques. Understanding color interactions, harmonies, value, intensity, contrast, temperature, and transparency/opacity possibilities available with ink can help you advance your specific artistic endeavors. This short course is applicable to any artist who wishes to expand their palette. Participants will investigate the significance of color and optics, and work to improve their perception, continue to establish their own visual language, and develop more consistency and self-assurance in their work. All levels are welcome. 6 week class Please note - Class now Friday mornings. $25 special materials fee, paid to the instructor.
