Yes, Yoga for you! YourYoga will have customized mindful movements to increase your flexibility, strength & balance to fit the needs of each individual from beginner to seasoned yogi. Your breath will connect your mind & body to the spirit to feel more centered, aligned, focused and rejuvenated. Join 200YRT certified instructor Janet for YourYoga each week.
