Swimming Lessons for Adults 18 & over! This class is for Adults who are looking to improve on stokes & lap swimming. You are already comfortable submerging beneath the surface, forward movement on front & back, and can comfortably get a breath while swimming. We will focus more on swimming full laps of front crawl and back stroke; while introducing the Breaststroke & Butterfly.
Classes held in Lap Pool.
No refunds or make ups given for missed classes due to personal conflict.Make ups will be offered in the event the facility or program personnel cancels.
