Immerse yourself in the mountain landscape as we explore trails, streams and waterfalls. Our adventure will take us to the Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area to discover spring in the mountains. We will focus on connecting with nature and utilizing nature journaling as a mindful tool for more connection. Adult participation is required if under 18. Transportation, 2 nights lodging, food (except your own bag lunch on Friday), professional guides and naturalist/nature journaling supplies included. Each participant will get their own nature journal to take home.You will receive an e-mail upon registration that will give you all the details for the trip.
