Learn the benefits of meditation. We will discuss and practice different types of meditation and breathwork. After our discussion, we will enjoy a soothing instrumental Sound Bath. Dress comfortably. Mats, bolsters and blankest will be provided. Feel free to bring your own. Light snacks and drinks will be provided!Age Category
