We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, April 22, 2024.
Join us for a casual stroll and walking meditation on our outdoor trail. We will meet in the main lobby and make our way outside at 12:05pm. We will briefly discuss the benefits of taking time to slow down and observe the beauty of nature around us. At the end of our walk, we will take time for additional meditation.
