Take an art cruise, of sorts, without the rocking boat! We start our day trip with a private guided tour of classical art at the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Then, head over to Christos for a classic Greek lunch. We wrap up the day with a guided tour of the Museum of Russian Art in South Minneapolis.
Your lunchtime choices include a greek salad, coffee/tea/water. Adult beverages available for individual purchase at the restaurant. When registering, choose one entree from the following list:- Gyros - a traditional rotisserie lamb and beef favorite served with oven potatoes and Tzatziki sauce.
- Salmos Exohikos - pieces of Atlantic salmon filet with dill aioli sauce wrapped and baked in phyllo triangles. Served with sauteed asparagus spears.
- Kota Sto Phyllo - Boneless, skinless breast of chicken rolled around a mix of sauteed spinach and leek, feta and kasseri cheeses, then baked in a phyllo pastry wrap. Served with butter-sauteed carrots with dill.
- Spanakopita - The classic Greek dish of spinach-feta-dill mix wrapped and baked in phyllo pastry. Served with sauteed broccoli.
- Beef Ke Bab - Cubes of tenderloin of beef skewered with veggies, marinated, broiled and served over a bed of country pilaf.
