Description
Silversneakers Enerchi incorporates TaiChi and Qigong principles to improve physical and mental well-being. Silversneakers Enerchi introduces modified TaiChi forms. Linking forms together in a guided flow to to increase strength, balance, coordination, while combining breath and meditation brining the body to a calm relaxed state.
