Carlisle Borough is holding a Community Brunch & Barrel Event for our community! Local residents who are interested in learning more about your local watershed and improving stormwater runoff on your property, please join us!
The Carlisle Community Brunch & Barrel will be held Saturday, May 11th, from 9:00am to 11:00am at the Stuart Community Center. Registrants will be provided a light brunch and an opening presentation from local water resource professionals and community partners, on the importance of stormwater in your community.
Afterwards, participants will be able to partake in a hands-on rain barrel building event and will be able to take their creation home with them to use on their own property!
This event is being funded by a grant received from the Pennsylvania Susquehanna River Basin Commission.
Registration opens on March 1st for Carlisle Borough Residents and April 1st for Non-Residents. Register by Wed, May 8th @noon.
