About this event
This is a 5-6 hour class that will teach you how to apply a tourniquet to yourself and another person. You will learn to apply a tourniquet under pressure during many practical drills. This is not a show and tell class. This is an active class where you will apply a tourniquet to yourself (arms and legs) under time restraints, to a partner, without vision, under direction and talk a partner through the application. You will interact with our firearms simulator during application drills, applying TQ's, Talking someone through applying a TQ and moving to cover while engaging a threat with a firearm. We provide all of the training tourniquets and training firearms for the course Cost of the course is $150.00. There will be TQ’s available for purchase at the end of the class.
