Description
This class is Register Only 55+Get moving in a fun and social environment!This 12-week fitness program addresses four components: balance, mobility, strength, and endurance.Each 75 minute class includes a warm-up, aerobic workout, strength training, balance exercises, stretching, and a cool-down.
- Indoor shoes and athletic clothing is required.
- 24,75 min instructor led classes
- Access to the recreation and fitness facility for the duration of the 12 week program
- 3 assessments/progress folder ( we will test your strength, balance and endurance throughout the program to ensure you are progressing your fitness level)
- New Tea'n Talk- this will take place during the last class of the session. Let us treat you to beverage and some opening conversation. Sit down with our Instructors and the Customer Experience and Fitness Supervisor to discuss the successes, wins and how we can grow the program together TBA
- All levels of fitness are welcome
- A medical Intake form is required for this program.
