The Cable Beach Multisport Weekend will take place over the weekend of 30th August 2024 -1st September 2024. The event incorporates a Dash for Cash & Charity Fun Run will be held on Friday 30th August 2024 with a prize pool totally $5000 on offer and money raised going to Bowel Cancer Australia.
Saturday the inaugural Cable Beach Ocean swim will be held with a 600m Open race and 250m Junior race. And Sunday sees the main event the Cable Beach Triathlon, swimming in the magnificent Indian Ocean on Cable Beach and riding and running through the leafy suburbs of Sunset Park.
