About this event
Bilingual Birdies is an early childhood bilingual education program for children birth through age six and the adults who love them! Founded in New York City in 2006, we are the first to combine music, movement, and puppetry in a play-based curriculum to engage children as they increase their vocabulary and celebrate diversity in every class! Parent materials are provided for all enrolled families to keep the learning process going outside of class. We currently teach thousands of children in 25 cities across the US, Canada, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East through our teacher certification program. Our hope is that future generations will learn that bilingualism is a path to greater opportunity, increased compassion for others, and a way to grow into a more open-minded adult. Day by day we’re igniting a bilingual education movement that all are welcome to join
