Are you a Senior, a.k.a. LONG-TIMER, who should be doing a little light exercise that’s FUN? Our Senior A.M. Class is on Tuesday mornings for adults looking for fitness program in a social environment. In this class you will exercise at a moderate pace, rest if tired, but you likely go home energized. Class will feature but not be limited to: Walking; Stretching; Lite cardio; Games; Calisthenics. ALL REGISTRANTS IN THIS CLASS MUST PAY AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE WITH AN AMERICAN SOKOL UNIT No Class 3/27
