Summer 2024 Tennis Clinics Session Dates:
June 19th ISC closes 3pm, June 24th, June 25th. June 26th ISC Opens 12noon, Closed July 4th weekWe would need at least 24 hour notice if you have to cancel. Refunds will not be issued after classes have begun. 4-Player minimum per class, space is limited. Contact Jeff – (x 2116), or Ann Marie – (x 2113) at 615-370-3471 with questions.
- In the event that WCPR must cancel a clinic, you will be notified by the department and will be given the option of transferring your payment to another available class, receiving a credit to your account or to receive a full refund issued by check.
- Should you need to cancel your participation in a clinic, you must notify the department no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the program in order to receive a credit or refund. If sufficient notice is given, you may receive a credit to your account or a refund by check for the full amount of the activity.
- Credits are immediately effective once in your account. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to receive refunds processed by check.
