Description
You're a veteran of the Beginner Climbing Camp, you're over 7 years old and want to learn more about the technical side of climbing? This camp is for you!
Learn new skills including rappelling, intermediate and advanced climbing techniques, and much more! To register for this program, participants must have attended a Beginners Climbing Camp within the past year or must receive approval from a Climbing Wall Instructor or the Outdoor Recreation Coordinator, Jane Horton.
Who wants to climb OUTDOORS? We do! Outdoor climbs will be held on Thursday, at a favorite local crag.
ALL campers will hike the Breckenridge trail system. Each hike will include games and discussions of the history of Breckenridge as well as the local flora and fauna.
Join our Lunch Bunch and an afternoon camp to make it a full-day camp! Check out our afternoon camps such as: mountain biking, all sorts of sports, triathlon camp or even mermaid camp! Financial assistance is available through the Bentley Bedker Scholarship. Applications for the Bedker Scholarship are located at the Front Desk of the Breckenridge Recreation Center.
