Description
This class will take place in the undercover area at BICS.Jazzercise Sculpt targets every muscle in this full-body class. Squat, curl, push up, and plank your way through this 45-minute session with routines selected to work every muscle in your body.
This class fits all fitness levels. If you have any concerns or questions, please speak with your instructor prior to class and they will be happy to help give you some support and guidance. Remember to bring a full water bottle to every class.
Drop-ins (ages 15+) are welcome! Payment by cash or credit card on file.Drop-in fee: $20
Please note that the activity fee displayed is the full cost of the program. If you register after the start of classes, the amount you pay will be prorated based on the number of remaining classes.
