OSMP Forest Bathing- Connection in Nature Join OSMP Volunteer Naturalist Bev for three hours of connection with nature (AKA Forest Bathing), with yourself, and/or with other participants. This event will not be an information-filled hike, instead the group will playfully focus on just being in nature using all our senses. The time will include a short hike in the beginning and end to move away from trailhead traffic, and physical exertion will be minimal. Wear shoes suitable for walking a short distance off-trail where we may encounter cactus, uneven terrain, and animal holes. Bring water and snacks, appropriate clothing for weather conditions, sun protection, insect repellant, and a sit-upon.
