In this small group training class, you will learn how to use weight and cardio equipment safely and effectively in these one hour workouts. Class size is limited so that your trainer can focus on you. You will complete a full body weight training routine in each class. Returning, intermediate, and advanced students will continue to progress their workouts under the supervision of a trainer. Core training, stretching and circuit training may be incorporated into the routines.
