Description
Learn about the benefits of exercise while pregnant, prenatal exercise myths, the deep core and how to connect it, trimester fitness guidelines, managing pregnancy pains & injuries, and safe exercise modifications. Your instructor is a personal trainer, pre/postnatal certified instructor, and mama, who will lead you through the 75-minute workshop. The workshop includes education and a workout to understand how to modify movements.Location
