Join our Registered Dietitian for a 3 part mini nutrition series to learn more about mindful eating, emotional eating, cravings & overeating, and strategies and tools to learn to eat more mindfully. Each session can be purchased and attended individually or as a complete series.Part 1: What is Mindful and Mindless eating, the Hunger/Fullness scale, and eating with our senses.Part 2: Emotional eating and creating a toolbox to help you recognize emotional eating and utilize other options to satisfy that emotion.Part 3: Cravings and Overeating - strategies to recognize and what to do after.
Each session can be purchased and attended individually or as a complete series. Choosing this option is for all 3 sessions in the series.
