Our postpartum program is recommended for new mamas who are 8 weeks to 1 year postpartum. This class will meet you where you are help you build strength, mobility, and flexibility. The class will provide a community to meet other new mamas and provide guidance and support in your mamahood journey. The class will help you embrace your new body, build and maintain confidence, restore your pelvic floor and core, and empower you to learn functional strengthening & total body stretching exercises to help you feel and be the best mama you can be.
This class is intended for new mamas who are 8 weeks to 1 year postpartum and have medical clearance from their doctor or midwife to begin exercise. Though we love babies, this class is for mamas only!
6 Group wellness coaching sessions will be held virtually every Monday starting July 29th - August 26th from 11:45am-12:30pm. A link will be sent out prior to the start of the session.
If you are bringing your baby, babies should be in the car seat for safety and a crying baby's mom needs to take a break and take care of baby before returning to the workout.
