Description
This fitness assessment is designed to help new members find the best program fit for their individual needs and goals. The basic functional assessment consists of evaluating cardiovascular conditioning, strength, flexibility and balance. Activity and program recommendations will be given by a fitness professional, based on the results. This consultation is intended to help older adults maintain an active and fully functional lifestyle. Cost is $16 per person. Assessments are limited to three participants.
