Description
This is a physical therapist led hour long class for the cyclist or runner that would like to learn exercises they can do off the bike and off the trail to better help their performance. The class will focus on mobility, stability and strengthening of crucial areas that are important to improve cycling and running performance. Participants must be healthy and cleared for strengthening, no current and ongoing injuries, recent surgeries nor fractures.
