Description
Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served. For community events, membership and registration are not required.

Zumba® is a Latin-inspired dance class. Have fun and get a great cardio workout. No dance experience needed, great for all fitness levels.
